Door 13 was a bit of a challenge for me. I like for the contents of the door to take center stageon the card but this door I had to think about. I finally decided on this 6 x 6 easel card. It’s a straightforward card using just black and white. Black and white is definitely something different for me but it was a match for this card. I hope you enjoy it.

6x 6 card base
4- ½ x 2 ¼ white paper
4- 2 x 2 white squares
1 x 4 white for stopper
4- 2 ¼ x 2 ¼ black squares
2 ¼ x 6 black paper
1 ¼ x 4 ¼ black for stopper
6x6 for card front

6x 6 card base
4- ½ x 2 ¼ white paper
4- 2 x 2 white squares
1 x 4 white for stopper
4- 2 ¼ x 2 ¼ black squares
2 ¼ x 6 black paper
1 ¼ x 4 ¼ black for stopper
6x6 for card front
Directions
1. Fold the front of the 6 x 6 card base in half (at 3 inches)
2. Stamp a stamp on each of the 4 2 x2 white squares
3. stamp the words from door 13 on each of the ½ x 2 ¼ white papers and edge them with black ink
4.Glue the white stamped squared to the black 2 ¼ squares
5. Use 1/16 foam to attach the words to the squares.
6. Glue the squares to the card front leaving ½ inch border on the top bottom and sides.
7. Glue the 2 ¼ x 6 black paper flush with the inside bottom of the card.
8. Stamp white 1 x4 white with wording of your choice for stopper
9. Glue to the black 1 ¼ x 4 ¼
10 Attach the stopper using 1/8 thickness foam
