Today I made a 5 x 7 oval easel card with the contents of door 7. I used the SVG listed below to make mine but you can make a shaped easel card from any large die you have. Nesting dies are the best to use. By using the different sizes, you can make all of your mats and layers and the card base. In the beginning of the video I show you how to use any die to make a shaped easel card.
I hope you enjoy this video and you look through your dies and find some you can make easels out of. I hope to see you tomorrow for door 8.

Directions
1. Either cut out all the pieces of the SVG and fold on the score lines
or cut out 3 of the same size nesting die, 2 of the next size down for the mats, then 1 of the next smaller die in white. Also, a mat and layer for the stopper shape of your choice. Fold one of the largest shapes about ½ inch from the top. Glue the flap to the top of the 2nd die cut. Fold the die cut in half. You should now have an easel card ready for the topper.
2. Take your white paper and decorate as you wish
3. Glue the white paper to one of the mats (you cut 2 of the same size) then to the 3rd of the largest dies you cut.
4. Glue the topper to the folded-up card front.
5. Glue the other mat to the inside bottom of the card.
6. Mat and layer the topper and stamp the sentiment of your choice.
7. Attach the stopper to the inside bottom of the card using foam.
