Make your own custom foil sentimements

Today I am not making a card. I want to show you how you can make your own customized foil sentiments for your cards. You will need Microsoft Word or some other similar program, a laminator, a printer, parchment paper and foil. The printer needs to be one that uses toner. If you don’t have a toner printer you can bring your printed paper to a copy store like Office Max and they will make you a copy on toner.

I want to add when I went back and watched my recording, I realized I didn’t enlarge my picture after I was done using word. This was the first time using a new camera and program and I will remember next time.

Items used

Brother HL-L2300D printer

Apache AL13 laminator

Microsoft word

Deco Foil Champagne

Gold mirror card

1/8 thick foam

White cardstock

Parchment paper

Thank you for the very informative video. I used a laser printer to print a greeting for our 50th anniversary card and it worked like a charm, but never thought of putting words in shapes with text boxes. I will definitely give this a try.
